This week we finally welcome 5 Rabbit Cerveceria from Bedford Park, Illinois. This GABF award winning brewery is a Latin influenced craft brewery created by some of the best names in craft beer. They create wonderful arrays of flavors using Latin inspired ingredients and culture.

-Buyers Notes- The addition of the fruit sets this witbier apart. The nose is full with yeast and passion fruit and the tartness of the lime peel cutting the sweetness on the palate. Awesome highly drinkable beer.

-Buyers Notes- If you are a fan of Barleywines, buy this beer! This is a  first of it's kind. Made with 100% Wheat Malt this beer is full of flavor without being overly sweet like some Barleywines.The body is huge but smooth as silk.

-Buyers Notes- This beer might be the best "Session IPA" I've had. Big tropical nose with a mellow easy to drink hop-forward taste. Somehow they made a 40 IBU beer taste like a 60 IBU IPA without the tongue lashing.
