Weekly Beer Update: Friday January 9, 2015

We hope 2015 is treating you very well so far. The list week has a lot of "Come back beers" and couple New beers as well. It seems the Milk Stout craze is taking over.

News: 2015 should be another big year for beer in Colorado. We already are on the lookout for new breweries coming to Colorado this year. As always there are a lot of rumors flying around like Founders, Bells, Great Lakes and others coming to town but there is one that has paperwork signed. Soon to hit shelves...

We have been informed by Elite Brands that Destihl Brewery from Normal, Illinois will be entering Colorado soon. This brewery, who blew my mind with their Wilds and Sours back in 2011 at GABF, will be bringing cans of Abbey's Single, Vertex IPA, Hoperation Overload Double IPA, and the Wild Sour Series (Sours in cans? You bet!). Hopefully this means we will might see some Reserve Sour Series beers as well. I wish Destihl a lot success here in Colorado.
