News: This week we welcome two new breweries to our shelves.
First we welcome the Brothers of St. Joseph's Abbey of Spencer, Massachusetts' first Authentic American Trappist beer, Spencer Trappist Ale. Following only traditional Belgian Trappist brewing practices and using only the finest ingredients this fine ale is brewed only by the hands of Monks living on the property. Break the mold and try something that truly is a first.
Second, our friends over at Crooked Stave distributing brought us Crux Fermentation Project from Bend, Oregon. Crux focus is on non-traditional brewing methods, experimental beers and some damn fine liquid! We are not too sure how much we will will see from them so snag them when you see them! WE HAVE SOLD OUT ALREADY!
Also, be sure to check out our friends at Comrade Brewing Company this Saturday for their 1 Year Anniversary. David has been a customer and friend of store for many years and a talented brewer. We are happy to see everything going very well for him and all the staff at Comrade. They don't package yet so we can't support them in-store but you can there. We salute your first year!
